To the Forest Ranger

Wooden statue of the Forest Ranger above the village of Dúbrava. An easy walk suitable for families with strollers and smaller children. Start from the Mining Museum in the area of the former Dúbrava Ore Mines — from there walk 1.5 km to the large stone wall, where you turn left.

If you want more: continue through the valley along the forest road, or start at the Košariská spring at the beginning of the Dúbravská Valley — it is then about 5 km to Strážec.

By bike directly from Troch Vody: 12 km one way, approx. 400 m elevation gain.

By car to Dúbrava to the Mining Museum, route below. On the cycle route directly from Troch Vôd.
