To Demänovská Hora

If you want to see Liptov from above, and if you don't feel like a too strenuous hike, Demänovská Hora is worth considering with an altitude of 1,299 meters above sea level. The hike is suitable for all levels of tourists, including physically fit children, and offers unforgettable panoramic views of the entire surroundings, relaxation in nature, and the opportunity to discover the rich fauna and flora of Liptov.

How about a hike?

At a normal hiking pace, you can reach it directly from the Tri Vody resort in about 1.5 hours. The route following the yellow mark is only 3.5 km long, during which you climb 600 meters in altitude. But you don't have to worry about the elevation gain - the pleasant trail leads through the forest in the shade of trees. The route is marked and well marked, which allows for a safe and comfortable ascent. The way back can be done in less than an hour.
