When creating the complex, architect Emil Križo designed 17 objects with a clear functional logic – space, materials, silence. That is the basis that we take for granted. But a premium resort is not defined by architecture, but by the functional background. It is defined by what happens after you close the doors.

What this means in practice:

Breakfast at your door. Fresh, delivered directly to the property - no transfers, no buffet hall, no strangers at the table. Staff physically present on site, not available via app or on the other side of the country. Every request has a real person and a real time for resolution.

Hygiene protocol that applies to every property without exception. Private saunas and hot tubs with sand filtration, daily parameter checks and disinfection before each stay and discreetly during stays. Cleanliness without the smell of chlorine - the result of technology, not coincidence.

And infrastructure that you don't usually see: a 2 × 22 kW charging station, optical internet, individual ski and bike storage rooms with boot dryers at each property, a shuttle bus for transfers.

The difference is in the people.

We never believed in tourism, where a guest is greeted by a code box and escorted by an automatic email. The reception with the Tri Vody café is not just a place of arrival - it is the coordination center of the entire complex. We are here every day. Not on the phone.
